In this powerful and insightful workshop, we will use a variety of skillful and fun exercises to reveal, understand and quiet our chattering “monkey” minds. We will explore how the mind works, unravel the power of negative thinking and gain mastery over our self-limiting beliefs.
In the last half hour, we will experience how sound and vibration affects the mind. Medical science has shown us how the brain responds to different sounds. These brain responses alter perceptions and can induce deep healing of thought processes and emotions. This segment is a brief introduction to sound healing, with Kathleen “sounding” and everyone following with their own form of inner or outer sound. Note: This is not a singing gathering, no need to worry about performance anxiety! Sounding can be made internally if that's what you prefer. The potency of the healing comes from your intention - not from the volume of sound you send.
